Punctuality at Pickup
The booked pickup time is fixed. Our staff will be on-site only during the agreed time slot, after which they will attend to other tasks. Handover outside of the scheduled slot is not possible. Please be on time – if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be forfeited without refund.

Deposit
A cash deposit of €200 must be provided upon pickup. This will be fully refunded upon timely and undamaged return of the rickshaw. In case of any detected damage, the full deposit will initially be withheld.

Pickup & Return
The pickup and return of the rickshaw are only possible between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Returning the rickshaw outside these hours is not allowed. Please plan your rental period accordingly.

Strict Return Deadline
The rickshaw must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns are not possible. If the rickshaw is not returned on time, a penalty fee of €100 per minute of delay will apply. If the rickshaw is not returned at all, we reserve the right to:
Charge an additional fee equivalent to the replacement value of the rickshaw.
Take legal action (reporting to authorities & debt collection).

Safe Storage
During the rental period, the rickshaw must be stored protected from rain and theft in a secured area (e.g., courtyard, garage, locked bicycle storage).
